I enjoyed the overall experience with Lauren who was very friendly and actually listens to what you say. She is attentive and careful - I’ve had therapists who’ve left me with bleeding cuticles - Lauren is NOT one of those! I will go back, it’s also very close to my bus stop on the way home from work, so will be easy to pop in for a spoil!’
