This was my first time getting a facial and also visiting H:Rooms. Razan was super friendly and worked wonders with her hands. Additional to the facial she gave such a relaxing shoulder, neck and head massage (which I wasn't expecting) which was much needed. The room itself has waterfall sounds and soft lighting so it set a nice, peaceful atmosphere. Looking forward to a future treatment here again.
