I booked an express Guinot hydrathermie facial but when I arrived at the salon was told it had changed and was going to be £15 more expensive. I would have appreciated a) the website to have been updated with the new prices and b) to have been called in advance and not when in the salon. The facial itself was not what I expected, too quick, too much product and not the lift I was expecting. Guinot needs to offer clients a choice including what they have previously had and preferred.
