My nails weren’t even filed and shaped. The nail varnish was put on so thick that even after 4 hours of no shoes, when I put socks on it all smudged. I had to go back in and they did fix it with no problem but I was offered no partial refund or anything and had to pay for 2 lots of parking which cost almost £20 to have them fixed as I had to return.
