it's a shame as this place is close to where i live - but won't go back again. I went in and asked for a bob with undercut. I wanted the undercut with a pattern which i was told they can do. When I had a better look the pattern, which was supposed to be some straight lines - the lines were far from straight. It's ok - i guess i didn't go to a stylist- so my bad! Though i had this done by hairdressers before and though i asked! Wish I was told upfront they weren't up to the task rather than being treated as a guinea pig?! In the end to correct the disaster I asked for my undercut to just be completely taken off with clippers in 0. Got home and I had scratches all over my neck (I wondered on the way home why it 'burnt' the way it did). These scratches still show 3 days later. The girl was friendly and nice - good report! But there's a big quality gap when compared to other hairdresser that charge same price!
The place is, really, a 2 star for me but gave 3 stars - 1 extra for the fact that they were great in accommodating for a last minute-change. I attempted to book the haircut for 2 days later but Treatwell booked it for next day. When they called to see why i wasn't showing up, they changed the booking no quibble. I appreciate that!
