i love how my nails come out but just book 30 mins before the actual time you want to start because they never start on time, i end up waiting for 20/30 mins past my scheduled appt time.
other than that they're great.

Really nice atmosphere and lovely staff, really accommodating, but BIAN nails have not lasted longer than 2 weeks, I got my nails done with BIAB extensions for holiday, I lost 4 within the week I was on holiday.
