I would not recommend this salon. I understand that keeping to a schedule is difficult, but making a customer wait 30 mins after their app. is unacceptable. My nails turned out fine, but the nail techn spoke to me with unnecessary attitude when I complained about the delay and mentioned I only had an hour. She said there wasn’t enough time to do what I wanted, even though the delay was caused by the salon. Being behind schedule is understandable, speaking to customers with attitude is not
