Just realised when I left the shop that my left index finger nail was crooked and its pointing towards a different direction. The left middle finger was also shorter than the rest of the nails. It was just too obvious under broad daylight and it looks abnormal upclose. Perhaps he got tired doing the left hand. But anyway, I could live with this for another 2-3 weeks. Tbf the nail technician was kind and he tries his’ very best. The end result was just not worth my money.

My skin was cut whilst doing my cuticles causing my nail to bleed. It didn't stop bleeding throughout the appointment and so I asked to just get 9 nails done, and come back another day for fear of getting an infection.
They sadly weren't able to do the nail art like my reference picture, and so I asked them what they could do. The female technician took over and I was very happy with the nail art in the end, but she wasn't there when I went back and so the 10th nail looks totally different.
