30 minutes for file and polish to hands and feet was too optimistic. I was 15 minutes late, they were very understanding. Then I waited 20 minutes to sit in the chair before my feet were started on. The technician did an excellent and thorough job of filing, but also filed my cuticle, which ended up bleeding quite a bit. To try and shorten the time, I opted to have one coat of clear polish on toes and move onto hands. In the end, I was in the store for 90 minutes, so an hour longer than the appointment time. With 5 coats of varnish on my hands, it was extremely well done and professional, my only issue is with the time.
My nails always last really well, this is a local salon to me and I always get the time I like. it’s no frills, get in and get out. Great results every time. Thank you.
Very professional and friendly service. Always listen to what the customer wants. I wouldn't go to another nail salon now I know H&T star nails. A* service
