Treatment room was not tidy, clean paper not rolled out before treatment began (had to ask for it). Treatment itself started out well, but then technician did not regulate temperature of wax, which became too hot and began burning my skin! She tried to cool it down rather clumsily and ploughed through. Even though she was nice, this was not a professional nor pleasant experience.
