I don't feel like much was done to my hair and I'm the type of person that couldn't say anything afterwards. I bought a wash, cut and blow dry, usually the hairdressers asks how I'd like it blow dried but at H2O they made it pin straight (without asking me), I hate my hair that straight I had to wash it as soon as I got home because it felt so greasy. I wanted quite a bit off my side fringe but it looks exactly the same. I wouldn't return.

lovely venue, but staff seemed distracted by two clients at same time, straightened my hair without asking if it's what I wanted - leaving me with a static fly-away hair look

Nice salon,modern and clean. Had a good cut, just a simple one length straight cut, but it is a little lop sided, only noticed when i got home! But probably not that noticeable with an untrained eye! Really annoying though

Lisa was wonderful. She gave me the most beautiful hair cut and restored my faith in hairdressers! Salon was very professional and clean.
