Dried hair straight with no volume. Parts of hair still wasn't straight.

Did not know the meaning of the word volume. My hair looked flatter than when I entered the salon After leaving the salon to return to hotel all my curls had gone. Very disappointing as I had booked the appointment for a birthday treat before night out.
