I explained at booking that this was my first Brazillian and was put at ease by the receptionist who took the booking. She provided reassurance & advice that realyl helped me calm the nerves (heard a lot of horror stories!).
On arrival I was greeted with a smile and was seated with a drink while I waited.
When I got in, Ruth was excellent and had a very professional, no nonsense approach. My dignity was respected and she didn't mess around, so didn't prolong my exposure any more than was necessary but still took great care to ensure any stray hairs were removed appropriately. Ruth also provided me with some after care advice and some tips on reducing the pain next time I came in.

I had my hair cut by Cherie. She was lovely and did a great job! She also gave me quite helpful about how to take better care of my hair, would definitely recommend!

I love coming here every time I'm in Nottingham! The staff are all amazing and so fantastic at what they do. The coffee I received after my hair wash was also lovely. And I think the decor of the place is beautiful.
