My appointment took an hour and 15 mins or a blow dry and style. My treatment started 20 mins late, apparently because the person before me had arrived 40 mins late - why start their treatment? Salon felt overbooked and cramped.

Louise did such an amazing job with my highlights! I’d booked a full head but she helpfully advised that I didn’t need them doing all over, which I was super happy about as it meant limiting unnecessary damage to my hair! She really knows her stuff and my hair looks the best it’s ever been. She was also super friendly so I’ll be back again :)
