They could not do the service that I asked for. I booked a wash, cut & blow dry with an apprentice. Yet when I arrived I was told that what I was asking for was a re-style and that it would cost a lot more. I asked how much more but was told that they werenât doing restyles at the moment and that if I âread the offerâ it would state this. It didnât say anything about âno restylesâ and I think they should put this on their description. Never had this issue in any salon before.
