Saffy did a great job with my leg wax and was extremely welcoming and reassuring. She explained everything very well and I was very satisfied with the service. However, the atmosphere in the salon itself was not a nice one. I felt very uncomfortable when the manager had a very angry word with the technician in front of me, all because she tried to share her beauty instagram with me. I thought this was very unprofessional and visibly made the employee feel uncomfortable as well as myself.

Pleasant stylist -Steph and other staff were also professional and welcoming. Nice little salon with good hair products and tips on hair care. Will come back for highlights and cut next time x
