I booked my appointment the day before. I got to the salon and it was closed! No email or call to reschedule. I've been here before and would rate it 5/5 however my nails were in agony so went to another salon. The lady there could barely take my old acrylics off - because H2O has applied them so thick, my nails had split down to the nail bed and had made them weak and thin. Avoid this place as they use weird Chinese products that will ruin your nails. Plus payment is PayPal only (tax dodge?).
