While the haircut itself was quite good and I was generally satisfied with the result, I was disappointed that the hair wash, which was part of the service I booked, was not offered.
The barber was professional and did a fine job with the cut, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations since the wash was a key part of what I paid for. It would have been a more complete experience if the full service had been provided as advertised.
I hope this was just an oversight.
