Despite having paid in full online prior to my appointment, I was asked to pay an additional £15.00 at the venue. No clear explanation was provided, other than that this was “per the store manager’s instructions.” This left me confused and concerned, as the charge was neither communicated in advance nor justified on the spot. I found this situation unprofessional and unacceptable.
