I have known Shen for many years - 1st meeting him when he was the in-house barber at Gieves & Hawkes. He is a kind, skilful man whom I'd heartily recommend!

A little out of the way but well worth the visit. The appointment started on time and as usual an excellent haircut by Shen.

What a pleasure to go to Hackett's and be greeted by the lovely people there on the 1st floor. Always offered a tea or water, very nicely. And Shen is exceptional, warm, experienced, good listener. Absolutely first rate!
