I did not get the package I signed up and paid for. I was told to go to another shop last minute which did not come up to the mark and the contents of the overall package were not what I paid for!! I demand a refund!!

Michael was reall welcoming, he chatted (but not too much), was responsive to my requirements, and overall did a great hair cut.
