Michael is a true professional with great attention to detail. He was welcoming, caring and has a good sense of humour. After seeing Mark NikImi (Bond St.) for 20 years I will now move to Michael (Sloane St.) because Mark has been shuffled off to Liverpool St., leaving me no choice. After one cut I am confident that Michael will do a great job.

My experience was not great. The haircut didn’t meet my expectations, as it felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Additionally, Kai didn’t seem very professional
