Michael is very friendly, professional and shows careful attention to the detail. He is empathetic and listens to what I ask. I am delighted with the result of his work. After 20 years with my previous barber I was very nervous about changing, but I am pleased to say my nervousness has disappeared thanks to Michael's careful attention.

Michael is a true professional with great attention to detail. He was welcoming, caring and has a good sense of humour. After seeing Mark NikImi (Bond St.) for 20 years I will now move to Michael (Sloane St.) because Mark has been shuffled off to Liverpool St., leaving me no choice. After one cut I am confident that Michael will do a great job.
