Mixed experience. Alex was kind and hardworking, which I genuinely appreciated. But the website only features Michelle - there’s no mention of other stylists or any option to choose who you see. I arrived expecting one thing and got another, which was stressful.
Hope the salon takes this as useful feedback, the transparency piece really matters.

Sadly it’s the worst haircut I’ve ever had - I left the salon happy because the stylist was lovely and chatty, I trusted them completely. It wasn’t until I got home that I realised my hair was ruined - a massive chunk cut from my hairline that will take years to regrow. I can’t cover or tie it back! I complained but they fobbed me off which was disappointing. I also wondered why I was given a side fringe when I clearly said my parting was in the middle… to cover the mistake obviously…
