Unfortunately I did not have a very positive experience after Anita was unnecessarily negative about my hair. I did leave with a cut and style that I liked however, would have appreciated a more polite and customer focused approach

I had a fantastic experience at Cowlick with Anita! She gave me a fresh cut, gorgeous highlights, and stunning color. Anita really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice. My hair feels healthier and looks amazing – I’ve been getting so many compliments! The service was very good, and I’ll definitely be back for future treatments. Highly recommend!
