Sophie was lovely, she listened to me about the problems I'd been having with my hair and helped me decide what would be best style for my hair texture. She made me feel at ease whilst getting a drastic, for me, cut and took extra time styling my hair as I was going out for my birthday later that evening. The salon were also really accommodating when I was held up at work and asked to rearrange with only an hours notice, fitting me in on a Saturday.

She's the kind of stylist who you instantly feel at ease with - I'm SO chuffed to have found her.
I went in for my first appointment at Samson & Delilah having had a pretty strange cut elsewhere (the kind where the stylist listens to what you want...and then does something totally different).
Sophie basically fixed me right up, and I walked out feeling my best self again. It was like magic!
Thanks a zillion, Sophie. You've made this girl tremendously happy <3
