❌I requested gel nails but was forced to get dipping powder instead - if gel wasn’t an option, I should have been informed upfront!
❌ The nail art I requested looks nothing like the reference —it’s thick, uneven, and just awful.
❌ The overall experience was unprofessional, from the last-minute schedule change to the technician lying about her identity.
❌ Paid £55 for a disaster and now need to get them redone. Avoid this salon at all costs!

I booked with Hadis but was deceived—another technician pretended to be her and only admitted it at the end. I requested gel nails but was forced to get dipping powder instead. The nail art is thick, uneven, and nothing like the reference. Paid £55 for a disaster and now need to get them redone. Avoid this salon at all costs! PS: Don't trust Instagram - some pictures are from Pinterest! Such a disappointment!
