Cut about 4 inches off my hair when I asked and wanted half an inch! Also did loads of layers which I didn’t want either. Really upset as I’d been growing my hair to one long length for months. Did what he thought would look good rather than what I actually wanted so now I’m just very unhappy. Be very careful if you go here as you’ll leave with very short hair!
