Survey asked about hot stone massage. There was no option for not applicable but once I pressed an option could not get rid of it.
Did a relaxation full body massage which was fine. Did not do feet maybe ran out of time
Overall reasonable experience.

Very clean and well kept place. A lil difficult to find but great overall. Staff were friendly and knew their stuff.

No notification that had to use back entrance .Dirty . rubbish and rat box right outside door .By time got into the salon on 4th floor filled in paperwork and got on the table it was 12-15 my full body massage then finished at 1 even though I was 15m short . Was not full body as she didn’t have time to finish due to another appointment. Also her phone kept going off not relaxing at all . Toni was lovely but did not get full treatment paid for . Need to leave gaps in between .
