Went for a massage and facial with partner - didn’t feel the massage was for an hour and massage didn’t feel relaxed enough just felt like she was applying oil on my body instead of massaging it. Facial was rushed and I didn’t see or feel any different in my face neither of our faces. Went for a hydrafacial and steps was not completed. I felt like I wasted my money on this. Left feeling unhappy but couldn’t say as got late.

My thumb nail wasn’t cured properly in the lamp as half had came of when got home staff never really spoke thought it was terrible a massage was going on towards the end of my treatment so there were dim lights with whale music scared to speak normal as not fair on other client as felt sorry for her if I was having a massage I wouldn not be happy
