Rosie was very professional. She took a strand test to see if my hair would handle the bleach okay before she proceeded with the whole head. She then adjusted the developer and bleach accordingly. My hair is not damaged and still in really good condition. The ladies were all friendly and I felt very welcome for my first time. I will definitely be returning in the near future.
