As soon as I arrived, I wasn’t kept waiting and was seated straight away which was good, however, I wasn’t offered to hang my coat up so had to scruff it up on the table in front of me.
The cut was okay although had a couple of longer bits once I put my hair at the back, seemed a bit of a rushed job. Then come to styling & they used the oldest, smelliest straighteners known & they weren’t even GHDs which was surprising.
I will not be returning to this salon again, very disappointing.
