Disorganised expensive service ended in a nightmare. I went in for a hair gloss, and I was not consulted regarding my hair. The hair gloss was applied and started BLEACHING my roots - they said it was because my roots were virgin hair but that didn’t explain why it didn’t lift elsewhere either. Why didn’t they check with me anyway?? Staff worked on my hair while working on other clients’ hair even though my hair was clearly in need of proper consideration. They told me they could correct this by dyeing my hair back to its original colour but they dyed it a red-chocolate brown. My hair now has red brassy undertones and the bleached hot roots are still lighter than the rest of my hair. The lady then gave me a blow dry which lasted about 30 minutes after I left the salon. I was so upset that I paid £68 (they didn’t tell me the wash was extra!) just to leave ASAP, but I wish I hadn’t paid a penny. I went in for a hair gloss and came out with completely different hair colour and lighter roots, without gloss, not at all what I asked for.
