My appointment was 20mins late, I didn’t get the conditioning treatment advertised, my hair was quite damaged and really needed it, which is why I went for this package. The wash cut and blow dry took less than 20mins! I didn’t want much cut off the length but the layers I asked for didn’t exist. Although my hair was shiny, it was quite flat and an hour later looked like I’d had nothing done. I was disappointed. It would have been nice to feel valued and to have a bit more care and attention.

I loved the whole experience it was one on one very exclusive and very quiet so I could have a full on chat with Jimmy without the noise.

I was very pleased with the service at this salon. I arrived a bit early for my treatment but did not have to wait at all, I was seen to right away. My haircut was quick but not rushed, with a great long lasting blow dry, I will definitely come back!
