Millie has styled my hair a few times now. She consulted with me before starting and took time to talk about the haircut I wanted. She uses great shampoo and conditioner and cut my hair really well. It’s been so easy to style since my haircut so I’m delighted.

I had recently had a negative experience at another salon and was looking for a new hair dresser. Lounge 27 is well located and has a more personal feel than a lot of the big, glam salons around Upminster/Hornchurch/Brentwood. Millie really listened to me and cut my hair based on what I wanted, rather than what many hairdressers think you should want. I will absolutely be a return customer.
