I took my daughter on Sat for a pre bday treat. Unfortunately whilst she was there the hairdresser discovered some nit eggs. (No nits visible and I was completely unaware) I had paid in full when I booked online and was told that I had lost this money (£25) and that I would need to re book and pay the full amount again. Whilst I know they are running a business they gave no offer for a discount and would not even rough dry my daughters hair even though it was -4 outside. Bad client care

My stylist was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. You could tell she actually cared instead of just rushing me out the door as soon as possible. The curls looked great and lasted all day. Would recommend!
