I had my hair completely restyled from below my shoulder blades to a chin skimming layered bob. I described what I wanted to Kelly & she gave me exactly what I wanted! We chatted the whole time. I usually hate going to the hairdressers as it makes me anxious but Kelly put me straight at ease. Would highly recommend!
