They left me one missed call on a Saturday afternoon - no email, no text, no voicemail, no cancellation.
Stylist wasn’t working but only found out by attending.
Staff member was rude, condescending and belittling rather than apologetic. Just told me to ‘take it up with Treatwell’.
Treated me - a return customer - like rubbish. Will never return and do not recommend to anyone. The staff clearly need customer service training.
