I booked to arrive at 4.30 after work and Gemma, the owner, was very pleasant. She did a great balayage, matching the colour of my hair ends. The haircut was OK, I couldn't see much of a difference which is a shame as I usually like my haircut to be noticeable. During the blow dry, she assumed I wanted my hair curly as that's how my hair is naturally but I wanted it straight for a change, but she didn't ask. So halfway through the process I asked for my hair to be straightened as otherwise I wouldn't have noticed that I had been to the hairdressers, and I could tell she was annoyed then and the atmosphere got a bit awkward. But she was open until late because of my appointment which I appreciate as I wouldn't have been able to go otherwise. So, overall, fantastic colour, haircut OK, blow drying good if you ask for what you want first.

Phoebe wasn’t available so I had the Chloe who was a junior beautician. Really pleased with both the manicure and pedicure. Good service and was in and out in just over the hour. Would recommend to others!

fantastic blow-dry. the stylist really understood what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I will certainly return when I'm next in the area.

Phoebe did a fabulous job as ever. She really takes care and is super on the ball when it comes to safety and care near eyes when working with tinting and waxing. Happy to always come here and have her work her magic!
