The staff are absolutely lovely, the place is well kitted-out and very clean. The issue was that the treatment took a really long time; maybe it was my fault for booking something afterwards, but the deluxe pedicure which was listed as I think an hour and 10 minutes took more like an hour and 45 minutes, which meant there wasn't enough time for my deluxe manicure although I was still charged for it (by then I was running so late that I didn't have time to argue). Obviously my nails didn't then have time to dry and I ended up taking the polish off later that day, which was a shame (the toes weren't dry enough to wear heels two hours later). Could be brilliant if you make sure you leave loads of time both for the appointment and then for the paint to dry.

A lady called Janet did my hair. Very friendly and informative on the treatment. Also very attentative without being over the top. Very happy with the results.
