Quite an awkward experience today.
There weren’t any customers in the salon when I arrived and he staff appeared surprised to see me.
The wash and head massage was lovely, however unfortunately the hair cut experience wasn’t great.
The hairdresser didn’t really speak to me during the cu, to check that what he was doing was what I wanted.
The cut it’s self is extremely short, has even shorter layers on one side and isn’t what I felt we had discussed.
When at the end of the cut I obviously was unhappy the hairdresser stormed off saying if I don’t like it, don’t pay. Which obviously I’d already paid through Treatwell.
Unfortunately I won’t be returning.
