Lovely attentive quality treatment. The one improvement would be a head massage during the hair wash which is something I get everywhere else. However, it was still a really skilled haircut so overall very happy.
Ladies' Haircuts
The staff informed me the hairdresser was running behind, and I was waiting an hour for him, but I could see it was because Toni pays meticulous attention to his clients and is focused on doing a perfect job. They apologised for the wait and offered me extra highlighting. The cut, colour and finish were amazing although it took a while. Would go back because they really care about the clients results.

Shellac colour choice was really poor. One nail had chipped by the next day. Within a week 6 out of 10 nails have chipped/come off. Considering shellac should last 2 weeks and I’ve never had any problem with it before this is really bad
