After cutting short and rushing from a late running meeting, I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was politely asked to wait. After 30 mins, I asked how much longer it would be and whether I should reschedule my haircut. The stylist became very argumentative and just said “it happens”, without any attempt whatsoever at explanation or apology for running late / for not communicating the delay to me before, or as, I arrived. He immediately started shouting, being insulting, and blaming the owner. Will never be returning.
