Just had a bizarre experience with a hairdresser who seems very inexperienced. There was very little chat, initially she looked very confused by all the hair colour charts when trying to figure out what to put on my roots, she eventually got help from a colleague. When it came to the cut I said I really wanted just a cm trim as I’m trying to grow it. She ignored that and cut off over 3cm in whole sections of hair at a time, literally spent less than 10 mins on it, in a way that I’ve never seen a trained hairdresser do. As it was wonky she then tried to even up the two sides, and cut even more off. The haircut now looks ok but is still a bit wonky and uneven. Really strange experience for what looks like a professional hair salon.

I received a lovely haircut from Janet. The salon is warm and inviting. Also, for parents with kids, they have cut my little ones hair and did a great job. Also, have received excellent haircuts even whilst holding a wiggly baby 😊
