Great colour and good haircut. There was a bit of confusion when I arrived with having to both fill out a new form and having another hairdresser look at my hair at the same time. There also seemed to a bit of an overlap with my appointment and another customer's during my treatment and my hair appointment went on quite long as a result. But overall it was a pleasant experience.
