Time management wasn’t great and my stylist was doing lots of clients at once so it ran 30 mins over time. Another stylist took over in the end though and gave me exactly the up do I wanted and they gave me a discount voucher for the inconvenience which I really appreciated. I would recommend this venue as long as the clashing times was just a once off.

The salon is clean and well laid out. The staff were really lovely and take great care in what they do. The cut was good an the blow dry excellent. My only gripe and it is a minor one is that they used a scalp conditioning treatment without properly consulting me on the fact, which was very menthol at first but also smelled very strongly of ammonia. It worked okay but I would not use such a strong product of my own accord. I will definitely be going back again.
