Rosella was incredible and made me feel so comfortable and happy! The whole process of lifting SO MUCH red permanent colour out of my hair and making it blue took nearly 6 hours and every second of it was enjoyable. Thank you so much!

The nail technician was lovely but it didn't make up for the poor experience overall. For £45 I sat in a basement with no windows, nowhere to hang up a coat, squashed into the corner of essentially a small corridor and was put on a wooden chair. Other than putting my feet in a tepid foot bath and wrapping my feet in cling film for a "foot mask" there was barely anything done to remove dead skin/scrub. The shellac manicure itself was fine, not a great range of colours. Absolutely not worth £45.

Janet gave me an excellent wash and blow dry for my extra long hair. I asked for a loose curl and she gave me a tousled mermaid wave which was stunning. Lovely salon and great staff to chat to. I would highly recommend and will return. The price was good for the service too. It looked amazing for my date :)

Gee was very kind and helpful and she was trying to make me feel comfortable and relaxed , but the thing is that she was not that experienced at doing nails. She had the willingness but not the experience. I paid 35£ and my nails started peeling off 2 hours after the appointment. They told me that they will call me to discuss what we can do to fix it but the didn’t.
