Rosella is a lovely person, but my haircut was awful. We agreed on a long bob, I even showed pictures of what I wanted, but I left with very short hair, above my chin. I hate my hair and will never go back. I’m really upset and now have to wait months to grow my hair back and for my confidence to return.
