Have been having my hair cut by Janet for a number of years now and never had a problem. I decided to mix things up this time and have some highlights put in. Janet explained the whole process to me and talked me though colour options. She was honest and open, and took time to consider my natural colour and condition. I am absolutely over the moon with both the colour and the cut! The staff at the salon are all so lovely and welcoming and I look forward to returning in a couple of months.
