Overall the experience was okay not great. Was kept waiting for nearly an hour with no apology. If running behind schedule the team should inform the customers/ keep then updated on how long the wait could be as well offer an apology rather than just keeping them waiting.

First time with natasha the beauty therapist here, i was a little nervous about going somehwere after a previous salon really messed up my eyebrows. Tasha tinted and shaped my brows and made them look amazing. I could tell within minutes she was experinced and a perfectionist. Thanks so much natasha, honestly the best therapist iv been too!
