My initial booking was cancelled by the salon as they said they had double booked. I understand that can happen so I was fine with having to reschedule, but when I got to the salon I found the service was unfriendly and not very conscious of the customers. My stylist treated my haircut as if she was in a big rush, she finished cutting my hair after about 10 minutes and didn't seem to put any care into it. When I got home I noticed there were lots of uneven ends that I had to cut myself.
