Charlotte is a very experienced all-round hairdresser. She has a lovely personality - very friendly and chatty. Always offers a nice hot drink and biscuit if required. Fantastic colourist and always willing to make suggestions on what will work for the client. Overall I would highly recommend this salon everytime - Charlotte for hair and Natasha for Nails and Beauty although I didn't see her on this particular visit.

The venue is welcoming and clean. I can only comment on my pedicures as I haven’t tried other treatments. There is a good range of nail colours and Natasha is very efficient and friendly.
