This place is amazing! First time visiting, received with warm smiles and the upmost professionalism and attentiveness. Each time visiting the customer service is stellar, and most importantly the lashes last. Three weeks and no refill required! Will always return.

Awful experience. Was in and out in 30 mins for full set of lashes which alarmed me at the start seeing as in most places they take minimum 1 hour. Eva’s hands smelt of cigarettes so I had to smell this for the whole duration (not pleasant). Some of the lashes were stuck to my eyelid as opposed to my actual lashes. The hybrid lashes weren’t split out so were just long & thick. Since getting infills (elsewhere of course) they told me my lashes had been glued together and now they are damaged!!!
